Weeks left until Baby Bodkin's due date: 6
Thoughts on nesting...
___ I think I am officially nesting
___ What's nesting?
Well, nesting and moving don't tend to go hand-in-hand in my book. Not that we know exactly when or where we are moving, but we do know that we are leaving here relatively soon. Therefore, my nesting has been downplayed a bunch! I promise you I will be in full baby room decorating and cleaning mood when we find our new place. So fun!!!
Both Mom and Dad were still here this week, so here are some more pictures from their trip and from our shower.

THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!

Baby Development Notes:
Baby Bodkin now weighs about 4 3/4 pounds (like your average cantaloupe) and is almost 18 inches long. The fat layers — which will help regulate the body temperature once he's/she's born — are filling him/her out, making him/her rounder. The skin is also smoother than ever. The central nervous system is maturing and the lungs are continuing to mature as well. Worried about preterm labor? Babies born between 34 and 37 weeks who have no other health problems generally do fine. They may need a short stay in the neonatal nursery and may have a few short-term health issues, but in the long run, they usually do as well as full-term babies.
